Using the part supplied by the customer, being it real or virtual, our Technical Department generates a 3D model of the complete rack in preparation for the manufacturing of the prototype. Regarding loading/unloading procedures, handling of the rack or any other aspect relevant to the design is taken into account during this phase.
Once the model has been approved by our client, the prototype is manufactured. Then, it is sent to the customer along with the CAD file in the requested format and the set of original 2D plans, if required. Once the customer has received the prototype and checked that it functions as required the project is complete.
If customer provide their own designs to be manufactured by ALPA S.L. In these cases, the Technical Department offers full support to aid the resolution of possible problems related to the design and functionality.
